In the event of late payment, Harmonic Haven Studios reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Harmonic Haven Studios may also suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your recording session or other service appointment with Harmonic Haven Studios, subject to the following cancellation policy:

Harmonic Haven Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment malfunction or studio unavailability. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

4. Intellectual Property

All recordings, mixes, and masterings produced by Harmonic Haven Studios are the intellectual property of the client, subject to full payment of all applicable fees. Harmonic Haven Studios retains the right to use excerpts of client recordings for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any copyrighted material used in your recordings.

The Harmonic Haven Studios logo, trademarks, and website content are the intellectual property of Harmonic Haven Studios and may not be used without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Harmonic Haven Studios provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Harmonic Haven Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or suitability of its services. Harmonic Haven Studios disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Harmonic Haven Studios, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, even if Harmonic Haven Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specifically, Harmonic Haven Studios is not responsible for any artistic decisions, client satisfaction, or third-party outcomes stemming from services rendered. While we provide expert guidance, the ultimate creative direction remains with the client. By engaging Harmonic Haven Studios, you acknowledge and accept these terms of limited liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
